What do we organize?
BOOKING ARTISTS:
- Management of artists on departure (contacts, tour management, translation, etc.)
- The booking of turnkey artists (ordering, contracts, tour management)
- Providing travel – rider artists (visas, airline tickets, hotels, VIP, transport, security, etc.)
- Providing those rider (audio, video, light)
- Separate services on those and tour – riders
- Translator services, including synchronous and equirhythmic
- Scenarios and directing of the artist’s show
- Help in organizing the entire event
THE ALGORITHM ORDER:
- Request for an artist
- Introduction to the indicative fee and rider
- Confirmation of interest, written request with date, format, number of guests and other information to amount to exact fee
- Written confirmation from both parties, sending contracts and district
- Signing the contract and making a prepayment
- Implementation of those and rider’s travel (by agreement)
- Full payment in any agreed form before the event
